    Polony

    PDF Print E-mail

Fry's Polony is incredibly versatile and totally delicious. Slice it and serve it on a bagel, or use it as a topping to add something different to a pizza. Slice thinly and fry until crispy for an incredible bacon substitute in a full English breakfast (without the meat!). Try cooking a Polony whole with roast vegetables and cranberry sauce to add variety to a roast dinner.

    * Whole grilled portabella mushroom, sweet red peppers, rocket, red onion & vegan pesto – serve with pan fried chopped Polony in a tortilla wrap
*Defrost your Polony, baste with olive oil and fresh herbs and roast whole – serve with gravy, mashed potatoes and steamed fresh vegetables.
*Chop some defrosted Polony into small cubes, mix with a tin of baked beans and serve on warm toast or in a jacket potato – if you’re feeling really decadent, sprinkle with grated smoked cheddar Sheese.
*If you’re feeding several people, roast a whole Polony in the oven (basted with olive oil and chopped rosemary) and serve with roasted potatoes, steamed vegetables, gravy and cranberry sauce.
