Fry's products are produced in Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa, under the strict supervision and quality control of the Fry family who developed the products and are themselves dedicated vegetarians. The Fry's range is widely known in Africa, Asia, Australia and Europe and has recently been introduced into the UK. They carry the full approval of The Vegan Society & The Vegetarian Society.

FRY'S Ingredients.
Every single ingredient used in FRY'S products is obtained from guaranteed non-genetically modified, sustainable sources which is why the range is so highly rated by The Ethical Consumer magazine. FRY'S have an “ethiscore” of 16/20 which makes them the most highly rated frozen, vegan, meat replacement products on the UK market! The chief ingredient of the FRY'S range is “protam” – specially developed by the Fry family from a combination of soya, textured wheat protein and various combinations of herbs and spices. The entire range is pre-cooked and flash frozen to obtain the maximum taste and retain nutritional value.

No Chemicals, No Cholesterol, No Colouring "No Kidding".
FRY`S foods are completely free of cholesterol, artificial preservatives, colourings and flavour enhancers. They are also guaranteed free of all animal products including eggs and dairy products and are, therefore, perfect for vegans. Several of the range are also free of onions and garlic and as such are suitable for some Hindus, Buddhists and followers of Hare Krishna. The products are rich in vegetable protein, fibre, carbohydrates and unsaturated vegetable fats. They contain no hydrogenated fats and the trans fatty acid content is virtually 0%. To top it all, they taste great!!

It's Fast!
FRY'S foods are pre-cooked, proportioned and do not need to be de-frosted prior to heating. They can be heated in the oven, grilled or pan-fried in a matter of minutes with no loss of weight. Fry's foods are great on the barbecue but are not suitable for use in the microwave.

It's Environmentally Friendly!
FRY'S foods are obtainable in both retail and bulk packaging and they have a shelf life of 18 months from production date. They are boxed using only environmentally friendly, recyclable materials and all the packaging is printed with vegetable based inks. The products are guaranteed GMO Free and are not subjected to any radiation treatment, so all the ingredients keep their authentic qualities. All the vegan ingredients used in FRY'S are obtained from sustainable sources.

It's Suitable for all!
All FRY'S products are Kosher Parev Mahadrin, being approved by the Beth Din of Johannesburg. They are also Shuddha (suitable for Hindus) and Halal (suitable for Muslims) and so cover a wide range of multicultural dietary requirements.
